聚合物砂浆薄层结构圆环强化开裂试验方法的研究
Cirque fracturing test for thin reinforcing structure of polymer mortar
【摘要】 对聚合物砂浆的圆环强化开裂试验方法进行了试验研究和分析。对圆环试验边界条件进行了简化处理,并运用弹性力学方法推导了圆环试验模型的温度应力。研究结果表明,圆环法是检验薄层结构破坏性能的适宜方法,该模型模拟的薄层结构开裂应力与温度变化、薄层材料弹性模量和线胀系数呈线性关系;模拟的薄层结构分层应力与薄层结构的弹性模量和厚度有关。另外,目前采用的模型尺寸是合适的,试验时仅需注意控制聚合物砂浆的厚度和试验温度范围。
【Abstract】 The authors conducted a Cirque Fracturing Test(CFT) with a polymer mortar thin structure and analyzed the test result theoretically.After simplifying the boundary conditions,thermal stresses and displacements were obtained by applying an elasticity method.The result analysis show that CFT is an appropriate method to evaluate the failure resistance of thin structure of polymer mortar;the cracking stress is linearly related to the temperature variation,the elastic modulus and the linear expansion coefficient of the mortar;the delaminating stress of structure is correlated to the elastic modulus and thickness of the thin structure.The currently used sizes of the cirque specimen are suitable,but the thickness of the polymer mortar ring should be specified and the range of temperature changing should be controlled.
