健康教育对提高弱视患儿遮盖治疗依从性及效果的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨健康教育时提高弱视患儿遮盖治疗依从性及治疗效果的影响。方法:将80例需行遮盖治疗的弱视患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组患儿给予系统的健康教育,对照组只接受医院提供的一般健康教育。结果:经过3个月的治疗,对两组患儿进行依从性及治疗效果比较,研究组的患儿的治疗依从性及治疗效果均优于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:系统全面的健康教育能有效提高弱视患儿的治疗依从性,从而提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Research on the influence of health education on improving the compliance of using occlusion treatment on children with amblyopic and effects.Methods : we randomly divide 80 cases of children with amblyopic who needs occlusion treatment into study and control groups.The study group will receive systemic health education, while the control group only provided with normal health education provided by the hospital.Results: After 3 months of treatment, we compare the two groups on compliance and treatment effects, the study group are better than the control group on both measures, there was a stastical significant ( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion : With systemic and comprehensive health education, it can effectively improve the treatment of amblyopia in children with compliance, thereby enhancing the therapeutic effect.更多还原
