阶段性持续健康教育在人工髋关节置换术护理中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探讨阶段性持续健康教育在患者整体护理中的应用效果。方法:对145例人工髋关节置换术患者在入院初期、术前准备期、术后康复期及出院前期等不同时期的健康需要,采取了阶段性强、目的性明确的健康教育形式,进行了持续的健康教育,使健康教育贯通于患者的整个住院过程,并向出院后延续。结果:增强了患者对骨折治疗、护理和康复的认识以及遵医行为,强化了康复能力和自查能力,提高了患者的满意度,有利于医院对患者的追踪和提供连续性服务,保留就医人群。结论:阶段性持续健康教育对患者护理有确切效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the appli- cation effectiveness of stage and persistence health education in patient’s holistic nursing care.Methods:145 patient of artificial hip replacement were adopted strong periodic and definite purposiveness health education modality,for the patient in different periods demand different healthy,and the health ed- ucation were persistence and through the whole hospitalization:hospitalization initial stage 、preoperative preparation stage 、postop- erative rehabilitation stage、 prior to dis- charge stage and post-discharge stage.Re- sults:The patient’s recognition of the treat- ment、nursing care and rehabilitation of bone fractures had be increased,strengthened the patient’s behavior to obey to cure had be strengthened,the patient’s rehabilitation a- bility and self-check ability had be aggran- dizemented,and the patient’s degree of satis- faction for the hospital service had be im- proved.All of these were profited hospital to follow-up and provide persistence service for the patient,and reservation the crowd to receive medical treatment.Conclusion:The stage and persistence health education has sure effectiveness for the patient’s nursing c are.更多还原
