产后会阴切口早期碘伏持续湿敷疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察全年各季节产后会阴切口早期使用碘伏持续湿敷的疗效。方法:选取2008年1～8月200例有会阴切口的产妇,随机分为观察组1和观察组2,每组各100例;同时选取2008年9～12月100例有会阴切口的产妇作为对照组。观察组1及对照组用碘伏早期持续湿敷会阴切口1小时,观察组2用碘伏早期持续湿敷会阴切口2小时。观察全年1～12月产后会阴切口碘伏早期持续湿敷的最佳时间及全年不同季节对产后24小时会阴切口水肿及愈合情况。结果:观察组1、观察组2及对照组均能有效减轻产后会阴切口的水肿及预防切口的感染,会阴切口水肿及愈合情况差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:产后会阴切口早期应用0.5%碘伏持续湿敷会阴切口效果良好,临床试验及疗效观察证明,碘伏持续湿敷疗效最佳时间为1小时,全年各季节均能有效减轻会阴切口水肿,明显降低会阴切口感染率,促进切口愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of humid compress the perimeum wound with iodophor continuously and early after labour every season.Methods:selected 200 primip- aras with perineum wound from January to August,2008 were divided into experimental Group 1(n=100) and Group 2(n=100). Selected 100 primiparas with perineum wound from September to December,2008 as a control group.The experimental group 1 and the control group were humid com- pressed with iodophor for one hour,and the experimental group 2 for two hours Investi- gated the optimum time of humid compress in Spring and Summer,observed the wound dropsy and wound healing for 24 hours after labour at humidity,thermometer of the envi- ronment in different seasons。 Results:The experimental group1,group 2 and control group could have effectively eased the drop- sy and prevented the wound infections. There is no significant difference between the three groups (P>0.05).Conclusions:It has better effect of humid compress the peri- neum wound with 0.5% iodophor continu- ously and early after labour.The optimum time of humid compress is 1 hour.It can ease the dropsy effectively,prevent the wound infection obviously in different sea- sons and be helpful to the wound healing.更多还原
