【Abstract】 The international communication and cooperation of science and technology are wider and wider, and then sci-tech globalization urges English application ability to be a prerequisite for sci-tech personnel. It is a foundation to know or be proficient in English for facing the world and participating in international competitions. Along with the development of globalization, it is extremely urgent to make a survey on English application ability of international scitech cooperation and communication personnel, analyze the status quo and put forward corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems in Zigong.
