【摘要】 大学精神是高校存在和发展的精神动力,是校园文化的核心和底蕴。合并高校的精神整合与传承在学校文化建设中面临更大的挑战,是合并高校精神文化建设的一项长期任务,其现实困境主要表现为:互不承认原有的精神文化、难以形成统一的精神文化、分歧和矛盾制约着合并高校的健康发展。其应对之策:一是要弘扬大学精神,推进学校实质性融合;二是要与时俱进,不断创新教育理念;三是要面向世界,推进国际化进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 University spirit is the initiative for higher education to survive and develop, and the core and basis of campus culture. In the construction of school culture, the merged universities face a greater challenge while integrating and inheriting their spirits, which is a long-term task. The present realistic difficulties are no mutual acceptance and difficult conformity. The difference and contradiction restrict the universities’ development. The measures are suggested in this paper: advocating university spirit and promoting a real merging, keeping pace with times and innovating education idea, and facing the world and advancing internationalization.更多还原
