【摘要】 目前,我国高校学报存在诸多需要解决的问题,其中,编辑规范、编辑技术、办刊体制等问题已有不少的论述,但有关办刊动力、办刊机制的研究鲜有专论。本文仅就学术期刊的内在规律,结合我国高校学报面临的困境,剖析并借鉴了《哈佛法律评论》的学生本位机制,详细讨论了其办刊理念,提出了我国高校学报的另类思考,阐述了高校学报与学生的互动机制,对促进高校学报发展以有益的启迪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, there’re many problems to solve, in which editorial regulation, editorial technology, and oper- ating institution have been widely studied and discussed. But the motive force and mechanism of running a journal has little research. Tthis paper, on the basis of the internal development law of academic journals and the dilemma of univer- sity journals of China, analyzes the student-oriented mechanism and idea of the Harvard Law Review, and proposes an- other special thinking on how to develop Chinese university journals.
