【Abstract】 This paper summarized the research of Japan’s emergency management system,represent Japan’s crisis management further elaborated the latest research progress,including emergency management model,emergency simulation system,mechanism for earthquake relief and rainstorm disaster prevention.In addition,the GIS(geographic information system) technology provides a useful tool for disaster reduction and emergency response,so it is widely used in emergency management in urban emergency management planning.On the basis of introducing the advanced research on emergency management system and analyzing the successful experiences in Japan,the conclusion of paper puts forward some measures to set up and perfect China’s emergency management mechanism according to China’s situation.更多还原
