【Abstract】 Since human step to modern industrialization,large amount green house gas emission brings very serious climate problems.People in worldwide countries have worked together to combat the common crisis and challenge.It is an emergent problem need to be solved now that how to conserve environment while developing economy.Low carbon economy concept provides a way to achieve such a goal.This article introduces the overseas and domestic development for low-carbon economy at present,meanwhile to analyze the necessity for Yunnan to develop low-carbon economy,and also gives suggestions on industrial structure adjustment,low carbon technology and related polices for its development.更多还原
