【摘要】 首先从涌现理论的角度对第三方物流企业能力成熟度进行了深入分析。然后从刚性能力和柔性能力角度对关键能力元素进行选取,基于简单数据假设构建了3PL成熟度模型,将成熟度划分为5个等级(初始级、成长级、竞争级、优化级和卓越级),并对每一级别加以详细描述。最后,文章通过一个案例对企业能力成熟度模型加以验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper makes a deep analysis on the 3PL capability maturity through emergence theory. Based on the rigid and flexible capacities’ emergence process,the paper makes a simple assumption,then gives out the outcome of the maturity model,in which there are five grades including initial level,growth level,competition level,optimization level and excellent level,and describes each level in detail. Finally,this paper verifies the model of enterprise capability maturity through a case.更多还原
