【Abstract】 With the development of informationization,many companies invest heavily in information technology.Academics focus on the impact of information technology on organizational performance.After reviewing the literature,this paper put forward a new perspective based on mediator variable and moderator variable.At the end of this paper,we propose an integration model about the impact of information technology on organizational performance,which introduce the IT capability and IT governance as mediator variable and moderator variable respectively.更多还原
