大型零售企业的初始国际化决策研究——关于大型零售企业初始国际化的时间及其市场和方式选择的实证分析
The Research on Big Retailers’ Initial Internationalization Decision——Empirical Analysis of the Timing of Big Retailers’ Initial Internationalization and Their Target Market and Entry-Mode Choice
【摘要】 本文以大型零售企业的初始国际化时间为核心,提出了大型零售企业初始国际化的整体理论框架,并利用比例风险模型和欧洲、美国的相关数据进行了实证检验。结果显示,本国和目标国的经济条件、文化和地理差异,以及不同的国际化方式都会显著影响初始国际化的时间选择。根据实证结果,本文提出了对我国零售企业初始国际化决策的相关建议。
【Abstract】 This article focused on the timing of the big retailers’ initial internationalization and proposed an overall framework model.The model was tested using the proportional hazard model and the data of the European and US retailers.The result showed that the domestic economic condition,the foreign economic condition,the cultural and geographic distance,and entry-mode would jointly influence the timing choice.According to the empirical result,the author gave some suggestions to the Chinese big retailers who were considering their initial internationalization.
