【Abstract】 The significance of scientific and reasonable appraisal system to automobile energy saving in China was analyzed.On the basis of wide investigation,two problems existing in the assessment of automobile energy saving in China were pointed out.In order to solve these problems,a dynamic and synthetical appraisal system of automobile energy saving based on simultaneous consideration of technology and management was proposed from the viewpoint of life cycle.Then a discussion of the characters and the construction technique route of the appraisal system were given.更多还原
