【摘要】 建立了气相色谱-质谱联用法测定皮革及其制品中富马酸二甲酯的方法。样品用丙酮超声提取、浓缩后,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪全离子扫描监测的方法进行分析,该方法线性范围0.5～100μg/mL,相关系数r=0.9998,方法检出限0.2μg/g,回收率为75%～102%,相对标准偏差为3.1%。该方法简便、快速、准确度高,可用于皮革及其制品中富马酸二甲酯的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dimethyl fumarate in leather and its products was determined,and full scan ion monitoring method was discussed by Gas Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry(GC/MS),after the sample extracted and concentrated with acetone.The results show that the calibration curves are within 0.5～100μg/mL,the correlative coefficient r at 0.999 6,the detection limit at 0.2μg/g,the recovery rate at 75%～102% and relative standard deviation at 3.1%.This is a simple,rapid,accurate method suitable for the determination of dimethyl fumarate in leather and its products.更多还原
