奶牛亲子鉴定技术研究进展

【摘要】 在奶牛育种工作中,完整、准确的系谱信息对育种进程产生很大影响。通过亲子鉴定正确判别亲子关系,修正错误系谱信息,确认优秀种公牛,对促进奶牛品种改良具有重要意义。微卫星DNA是一类高度多态性的遗传标记系统,具有数量多、易于PCR扩增和分型等优点,是目前奶牛亲子鉴定的常用方法。应用微卫星标记建立奶牛基因身份识别数据库,是对奶牛品种登记制度的补充和完善。本文将对奶牛亲子鉴定的研究进展作一综述,并对奶牛基因身份识别数据库作简要介绍。

【Abstract】 Paternity testing played an important part in dairy breeding, which mainly based on entire and correct pedigrees. By utilizing paternity testing, paternity and mistakes in pedigrees could be identified and excellent breeding bulls could be confirmed. Microsatellite DNA, as a kind of highly polymorphic genetic marker system, was widely used in dairy paternity testing due to its many advantages, such as their abundance in the genome, the ease of amplification and typing by PCR. Establishment of the microsatellitic database for cattle identification made breed registration system more effective. In this paper, the developments of paternity testing were reviewed and the importance of database for cattle identification was briefly discussed.
