【摘要】 目的探讨和比较改良侧卧位与截石位经尿道输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术(URSL)治疗输尿管上段结石的效果。方法41例44侧采用截石位、30例32侧采用侧卧位行URSL治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果单次碎石成功率:截石位组70.4%(31/44);侧卧位组93.8%(30/32)。侧卧位组单次碎石成功率明显高于截石位组(P<0.05)。结论采取改良侧卧位行URSL治疗输尿管上段结石效果明显优于传统截石位,可作为输尿管上段结石URSL治疗的标准体位。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo discuss and compare the efficacy of improved lateral position and lithotomy position for URSL. MethodsA total of 71 patients with 76 sides suffered upper ureteral calculi were treated with URSL, including 41 patients with 44 sides using lithotomy position, 30 patients with 32 sides using lateral position. And then the results of both types of body positions for the surgery were analyzed and compared. ResultsThe achievement ratios of stone fragmentation with single procedure were 70.4% (31/44) in the group of lithotomy position and 93.8% (30/32) in the group of lateral position. The latter was significantly higher than the former (P <0.05). Conclusion The result of using lateral position for URSL as a treatment of upper ureteral calculi is much better than that using lithotomy position. It can be chosen as the standard position for the URSL in treating upper ureteral calculi.更多还原
