【摘要】 目的分析比较关节镜引导下与切开置入逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端A型骨折的疗效。方法股骨远端A型骨折40例分为两组,A组:关节镜下逆行交锁髓内钉治疗20例,B组:切开置入逆行交锁髓内钉治疗20例,术后进行随访和对比研究。结果在手术时间、骨折愈合时间上A组与B组相差不大,没有统计学意义(P>0.05),在术中出血量上两组有统计学意义(P<0.05),在术后膝关节功能恢复时间上两组有统计学意义(P<0.05),在术后膝关节功能疗效优良率上两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论关节镜下引导下置入逆行交锁髓内钉手术具有微创、出血少、关节功能恢复快优点,疗效显著,适合于股骨远端A型骨折的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To compare the curative effects of retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail placement on type A distal femoral fractures through arthroscope and incision.【Method】Forty cases of type A distal femoral fracture were divided into two teams,twenty cases of team A used retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail place-ment through arthroscope and the other team used the nail placement through incision.All the cases were followed up and comparative analysis was carried out.【Result】Two groups were not statistically different in operation time,union time of fracture and excellent rate of knee-joint function after operation according to the Kolment scale(P >0.05),Both groups had statistical difference in blood loss during operation and recovery time of knee-joint functional after operation(P <0.05).【Conclusion】The treatment of type A distal femoral fractures with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail placement under arthroscope shows less invasion,less blood loss and faster knee-joint functional recovery than open operations on the knee joint.Therefore,it is an effective therapy for distal femoral fractures.更多还原
