【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜在肝囊肿开窗术中的临床效果。方法回顾分析41例行腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术患者的临床资料。结果41例患者均在腹腔镜下完成肝囊肿开窗术,无1例中转开腹。手术时间25～60min,平均42min。1例患者术后放置引流管5d,无并发症发生,随访6个月囊肿无复发。结论腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术具有操作简单、创伤小、痛苦轻、费用少、患者康复快等优点,具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic fenestration of hepatic cyst.【Methods】 The clinical data of 37 patients with hepatic cyst receiving laparoscopic fenestration were analyzed retrospectively.【Results】The procedure was successfully performed in all the cases,without conversion to open abdominal operation and complications.The duration of operation was 25～60 minutes,averaged 42 minutes.Drainage tube was placed in 1 case for 5 days,and none suffered from any complication.No recurrence was found after a six month follow-up.【Conclusions】Laparoscopic fenestration has the virtues of minimal injury,slight pain,little expense and rapid recovery,so it is valuable in the clinical application to the operation of hepatic cyst.更多还原
