【摘要】 目的评价输尿管结石体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)失败后输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2004年8月～2007年12月输尿管结石ESWL失败后行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术65例临床资料。结果输尿管镜钬激光1次碎石成功64例,成功率为98.5%(64/65),1例结石移位。65例中,结石并发息肉或肉芽57例,远端狭窄8例。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石术,创伤小,并发症少,是治疗输尿管结石ESWL失败后的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To evaluate curative effects of ureteroscopic Ho:YAG laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi after failed ESWL.【Methods】Clinical data of 65 cases of ureteroscopic Ho:YAG laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi after failed ESWL were collected from Aug.2004 to Dec.2007 in our department.【Results】Ureteroscopic Ho:YAG laserlithotripsy success rate was 98.5%(64/65).With 1 cases of calculi translocation.Among 65 cases,there were 57 cases of polypi and granulation tissue,8 of distal ureteral stricture.【Conclusions】Ureteroscopic Ho:YAG laser lithotripsy was the first choice of ureteral calculus after failed ESWL with little trauma and few complications.更多还原
