固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-MoO3催化合成乳酸丁酯
SYNTHESIS OF BUTYL LACTATE BY THE SOLID SUPERACID SO42-/TiO2-MoO3 CATALYST
【摘要】 以固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-MoO3为催化剂,通过乳酸和丁醇反应合成乳酸丁酯。实验结果表明,固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-MoO3对酯化反应具有较高的催化活性,反应的最佳条件为n(丁醇):n(乳酸)=1.8:1.0,催化剂用量为0.9 g(以0.2 mol乳酸为准),带水剂用量为12 mL,反应时间为2.0 h,其酯化率可达96.6%以上。
【Abstract】 Butyl lactate was synthesized from butyl alcohol and lactic acid in the presence of solid superacids SO42-/TiO2-MoO3.The experimental result that solid superacids SO42-/TiO2-MoO3 exhibited high catalytic activity for esterification reaction,the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:n(butyl alcohol):n(lactic acid) =1.8:1.0,the amount of catalyst was 0.9 g(when lactic acid was 0.2 mol),the amount of the water removing reagent was 12 mL,the reacting time was 2.0 h,the yield of esterification reached over 96.6%.
