【摘要】 目的探讨前颅底沟通肿瘤的临床特征、手术治疗方法及效果。方法回顾性分析23例前颅底沟通肿瘤病人的临床表现、病理分型、采用前颅底入路显微手术。结果肿瘤全切除19例,次全切除2例,大部分切除2例,术后所有病人症状、体征明显改善。结论采用前颅底入路显微手术治疗可提高前颅底沟通肿瘤的切除率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features,microsurgical method of the extracranial-intracranial tumors in the anterior skull bases and the curative effect of microsurgery on them.Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with extracranial-intracranial tumors in the anterior skull bases,who underwent microsurgery through anterior skull bases approach in our department from January,2000 to February,2008,were analyzed retrospectively.Of 23 cases of the tumors,9 were cranionasal ones,9 cranio-orbital ones and 5 cranio-orbito-nasal ones.Results Of 23 patients with extracranial-intracranial tumors in the anterior skull bases,19 received total resection of the tumors,2 subtotal and 2 greatly part.All the patients were significantly improved in the clinical symptoms and signs.Conclusion The microneurosurgery through anterior skull bases approach can effectively enhance the rate of total resection of the extracranial-intracranial tumors in the anterior skull bases.更多还原
