OPC油管开裂失效分析
Failure Analysis on Cracking of OPC Tubing
【摘要】 某电厂OPC油管在运行过程中发生泄漏,该油管设计材质为1Cr18Ni9 Ti。通过采用渗透探伤方法寻找具体泄漏部位,并对失效部位进行化学成分分析、金相检验及扫描电镜微区能谱成分分析,得出在Cl-和拉应力的共同作用下引发不锈钢应力腐蚀开裂,是该油管失效的主要原因。
【Abstract】 The stainless steel OPC oil tube made in 1Cr18Ni9 Ti leaked when it was running.In order to determine the reason of the tube,it was analyzed by means of penetrating testing,chemical composition,metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis.Based on the analysis,stress corrosion cracking which was caused by Cl- and extensional stress together was the main reason for failure of the oil tube.
