螺旋板换热器开裂失效分析

【摘要】 某单位乙二醛装置吸收塔冷却器运行近3年检修时发现,在螺旋板换热器的换热板上出现裂纹并发生泄漏。本文从换热板的材料组织、成分、力学性能、裂纹金相、断口成分和形貌角度,研究换热板的开裂失效原因。研究结果表明,螺旋板换热器的换热板的成分与力学性能均符合相关材料的标准。从裂纹、断口成分和断口形貌综合分析,换热板的断裂机理是应力腐蚀断裂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Crack and leakage was found on heat exchange plate after three years operation.This paper found the ineffective reason of heat exchange plate in term of metallurgical structure,chemical composition,mechanical property and metal cracking graphic detection etc.the result showed that the chemical composition and mechanical property of heat exchange plate complied with the relevant standard.The research suggested the plate’s fracture mechanism is stress-corrosion cracking.更多还原
