【Abstract】 In recent years great advances has been made regarding effects of radiation on lens.Epidemiological survey indicated that radiation could cause damages on lens with appearance of turbidity that the influences had cumulative and long-dated effects.From the aspect of pathology,radiation would have an impact on cell division and DNA synthesis as well as interference of cell proliferation.However,the exact mechanism of damages on lens caused by radiation and the safe dosage contacting to human eyes are still uncertain,and further researches are needed.更多还原
