【摘要】 目的探讨益气养阴方对糖尿病视网膜病变的防治机制,为中医药防治糖尿病视网膜病变提供理论依据。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为6组,正常对照组腹腔注射等量无菌枸橼酸-枸橼酸钠缓冲液,其余各组大鼠均采用单次左下腹腔注射1%链脲佐菌素(STZ)造成糖尿病大鼠模型。造模成功后第3天开始根据组别给予不同药物灌胃,30天后取大鼠视网膜组织检测各组凋亡相关基因P53、Bcl-2的表达情况。结果益气养阴方能明显降低P53在视网膜组织中的阳性表达率,升高Bcl-2阳性表达率,与模型对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴方能通过影响P53及Bcl-2的表达抑制视细胞的凋亡,在一定程度上起到了保护视细胞的作用,对DR的发生发展具有预防和延缓作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effects of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction on diabetic retinopa-thy(DR)and to provide the theoretical foundation of TCM(traditional Chinese medicine)for the prevention and treatment of DR.METHODS Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups.Except the normal control group ones,all model rats were injected 1% streptozotocin(STZ)into their left lower peritoneal cavity.Rats in normal control group were injected with equivalent sterile sodium citrate buffer into their peritoneal cavity.Drugs were given on the third day after successful model making.Thirty days later,all rats’ eyeballs were taken out and the specific conditions of apoptosis associated gene P53 and Bcl-2 in retina were detected.RESULTS Yiqi Yangyin Decoction could decrease the positive performing rate of P53 and increase the positive performing rate of Bcl-2 prominently.Compared with the model group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS That Yiqi Yangyin Decoction could affect the expression of P53 and Bcl-2 was an important way in inhibitting optic nerve cells apopto-sis,and it played a role in the protection of retinal cells in different degrees.The experiment demonstrated that Yiqi Yangyin Decoction had the function to prevent and delay the incidence and development of DR.更多还原
