弹性杆筛筛杆碰撞运动的特性分析
Nonlinear Characteristic Analysis of Screening Rod of Elastic-Rod Vibrating Screen
【摘要】 为了探究弹性杆振动筛筛杆运动对筛分效果的影响,利用Poincarè映射研究了碰撞过程中筛杆周期运动的稳定性.结果表明,筛杆随着振动筛工作频率ω的变化向混沌运动的演化过程为概周期运动→环面倍化→锁相→混沌.以弹性杆振动筛的常用振幅4 mm,筛杆的常用间隙8 mm为例,当工作频率ω<55 rad/s只发生单面碰撞,当55 rad/s<ω<55.9 rad/s时,筛杆呈现稳定的概周期运动;当55.9 rad/s<ω<56.14 rad/s时,筛杆运动的Poincarè映射投影图,是一个吸引不变环;当56.14 rad/s<ω<56.2 rad/s,筛杆运动的Poincarè映射投影图是环面倍化;当56.2 rad/s<ω<56.4 rad/s,筛杆运动的Poincarè映射投影图是锁相;当ω>56.4 rad/s,筛杆呈现混沌运动.
【Abstract】 In order to probe into the influence of motion of screening rod of elastic-rod vibrating screen on the screening efficiency,the stability of screening rod’s periodic motion was investigated using a Poincaré mapping method.The results show that the evolution process of screening rod’s motion state was as follows along with the change of working frequency ω: from almost periodic motion to doubling of torus state,to phase locking state and then to chaos state.Taking an elastic-rod vibrating screen with the amplitude of 4 mm and the screening rods gap of 8 mm for an example,when the working frequency ω<55 rad/s,the screening rods just impact each other on the single-side;when 55 rad/s<ω<55.9 rad/s,the screening rods work with stable almost periodic motion;when 55.9 rad/s<ω<56.14 rad/s,the Poincaré mapping projection drawing of screening rod’s motion is an attractive invariant loop;when 56.14 rad/s<ω<56.2 rad/s,the Poincaré mapping projection drawing of screening rod’s motion is a doubling of torus;when 56.2 rad/s<ω<56.4 rad/s,the Poincaré mapping projection drawing of screening rod’s motion is a phase locking;when ω>56.4 rad/s,the Poincaré mapping projection drawing of screening rod’s motion is a chaos.
