淹没磨料射流的岩石冲蚀实验研究

【摘要】 为了有效解决水下切割问题,并大大提高射流的切割能力,将淹没射流装置与磨料射流系统融合形成淹没磨料射流系统,采用高分辨率的数码摄像系统,研究了淹没磨料射流空泡云的形成;利用电子天平的精确测量系统,测试分析了淹没磨料射流对岩石的冲蚀性能.结果表明:淹没磨料射流在岩石冲蚀实验中,最优有效靶距直径比为4.28,最优冲蚀时间为1 min,较纯水空化射流工作效率提高3倍.随着泵压的增加,淹没磨料射流对花岗石的冲蚀质量、冲蚀深度增加;随着围压的增加,对花岗石的冲蚀质量、冲蚀深度减少.

【Abstract】 For resolving the problem of incising under water and improving the capability of incising greatly,a submerged abrasive water jets system was proposed by combining the submerged water jets device with the abrasive water jets.The formation of bubble cloud in submerged abrasive water jets and the capability of erosion to rock were investigated using a numeral photo with high resolution and a measure system of electron scale,respectively.The results show that the best ratio of effective distance of target is 4.28,and the best erosion time is one minute.The work efficiency is three times than cavitating water jets in the rock erosion experimentation.Both the mass erosion and depth erosion on granitic increased with the increasing of pump pressure,and decreased with the increasing of ambient pressure.
