矿用线缆电快速瞬变脉冲群骚扰的传输特性

【摘要】 为了深入了解煤矿井下电快速瞬变脉冲群电磁骚扰的传播规律,分析了电快速瞬变脉冲群的频谱特性,运用传输线理论建立了矿用线缆的RLCG模型,并利用PSPICE软件进行仿真分析,研究了矿用线缆中电快速瞬变脉冲群骚扰的传输特性.结果表明:矿用线缆对电快速瞬变脉冲群骚扰的传播有一定的抑制作用,线缆越长抑制效果越明显,骚扰电压频率越高衰减越快;井下双绞线传输距离超过1 km后,电快速瞬变脉冲群骚扰最大值衰减为5.665 nV,远距离传输信号时可以不考虑骚扰的影响;电快速瞬变脉冲群骚扰主要是以共模形式传播,井下电子设备需要采取相应的共模干扰抑制措施;矿用电子设备多为本质安全型防爆设备,抗扰度实验等级应定为3级.

【Abstract】 In order to study the propagation law of electromagnetic disturbance caused by the electrical fast transient/burst(EFT/B) in the mine,the frequency-spectra characteristics were analyzed.Based on the transmission line theory,a RLCG model of mine cables were constructed.The PSPICE software was used to simulate the frequency characteristics of EFT/B and reveal the propagation characteristics of EFT/B in the mine cables.The results show that the mine cables possessed the rejection capability for EFT/B.The longer the length of the cable was,the better the effect was,and the higher the frequency of EFT/B was,the greater the attenuation was.When the propagation distance is more than 1 km,the disturbance of EFT/B can be neglected since the maximum voltage of the EFT/B in the twisted pairs is as low as 5.665 nV.The main disturbance mode of EFT/B is the common mode disturbance and the relevant common mode rejection measures need to be adopted.The immunity test grade of the mine electrical apparatuses is confirmed as rank three because the main apparatuses are intrinsic safety and explosion-proof type.
