浮选柱从铜浸渣中回收单质硫的试验研究
The study of flotation column reclaim pure sulphur from copper leaching residues
【摘要】 本文针对试样性质,利用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱对黄铜矿常压氧化浸出工艺浸出渣(简称铜浸渣)中的单质硫进行回收,取得精矿单质硫品位47.50%、回收率93.15%的良好分选指标。不仅可以作为黄铜矿常压化学氧化浸出工艺的有益补充,而且实现了硫资源的回收利用,因而具有良好的应用前景与经济意义。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of the leaching residues of chalcopyrite atmospheric pressure oxidation leaching technics(the copper leaching residues),pure sulphur is reclaimed by using a cyclonic-static microbubble flotation column,and a good separation index which the grade of the pure sulphur concentrate is 47.50% and the recovery is 93.15%.This can not only supply chalcopyrite atmospheric pressure oxidation leaching technics,but also realize the recycle of sulphur resource,so it has good application prospects and economic meaning.
