【摘要】 随着煤炭资源开采对环境造成影响日趋严重,煤炭开采环境问题受到广泛关注,在这方面的研究不断增多,新的研究方法和研究思路不断出现,但研究范围主要集中于环境影响分析和生态承载力评价,从环境制约角度合理地确定煤炭开采总量,目前尚属空白。本文定量分析了资源环境对煤炭开采的承受能力,从水资源和土地资源两个因素建立综合评价模型,估算了山西省煤炭开采的总量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Environmental problems of coal mining were attracting more attention with the serious effect on environment from the coal mining.The research on this aspect is becoming more and more,but the research scope just concentrates on environmental impact analysis and ecological carrying capacity evaluation,and the reasonable determination of coal mining total amount based on the environmental restriction didn’t involved yet.This paper analyzed the affordability of the resource and environment to the coal mining from the view of quantitative evaluation,and established comprehensive evaluation models based on two factors of water resource and land resource,evaluated the coal mining total amount quantitatively.更多还原
