基于迷宫效应的涡旋齿的切向密封研究
Research on Scroll Compressor’s Flank Sealing Structure Based on Labyrinth Effect
【摘要】 分析了涡旋压缩机涡旋齿切向密封难以实现的原因,提出了基于迷宫效应的涡旋齿切向密封结构。建立了两涡旋齿间缝口间隙的几何模型,提出了确定密封结构有效密封长度的方法,判定泄漏气体在密封结构中是亚音速流动,给出了基于迷宫效应的涡旋齿切向密封结构泄漏量的算法。计算和实验结果表明,基于迷宫效应的涡旋齿切向密封结构具有良好的密封效果。
【Abstract】 The difficulties of scroll compressor’s flank sealing were analyzed,and a new flank sealing structure was advanced based on the labyrinth effect.Geometrical model of clearance between two scrolls was established,a method for determining effect sealing length was advanced,the velocity of gas in clearance was determined as subsonic state,an algorithm for the leakage volume of gas through the new flank sealing structure was advanced.The calculation and experimental results show that the new flank sealing structure has good sealing ability.
