弧齿锥齿轮齿面误差检测与实验验证

【摘要】 针对复杂的航空弧齿锥齿轮齿面的误差测量,基于微分几何和空间啮合理论,在准确表达理论齿面的前提下,根据三坐标测量机测得的实际齿面坐标,高效地处理齿面测量数据,精确地反映了齿面误差,为制造高精度的航空弧齿锥齿轮提供了有效的方法。以一对航空齿轮为例,在Mahr检验机上检测实际齿面坐标,用该方法进行齿面误差分析,并和Mahr检测机自身软件分析结果对比,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。

【Abstract】 This paper calculated the theoretical tooth surface of spiral bevel gear by applying the differential geometry and space engagement theory,and provided an objective and quantitative method for inspecting the actual tooth surface of spiral bevel gears by using coordinate measuring machine.After comparing the coordinates of the actual gear tooth surface and the theoretical one,a high-precision analysis graphics of tooth surface errors can be obtained by measured date processing.A pair of aviation spiral bevel gears were manufactured by Phoenix 800PG grinding machine,and tested by Mahr measurement.The two results are calculated by this approach and by Mahr’s software respectively,and showing the consistency.The approach presented herein is accurate and available.
