基于机电系统相似性理论的蓄能悬架系统
Vehicle Suspension System Employing Inerter Based on Electrical-mechanical Analogy Theory
【摘要】 为缓冲和衰减全频域范围内由路面不平度引起的冲击和振动,突破传统悬架的结构局限性,基于机电系统相似性理论,设计了一种车辆蓄能悬架系统,优化了蓄能悬架系统的结构,建立了1/4车辆蓄能悬架系统数学模型,应用复域机械阻抗法,分析了蓄能悬架系统的动态性能。仿真结果表明,在轮胎动载荷及悬架动行程不增加的前提下,车辆的乘坐舒适性显著提高。
【Abstract】 Based on electrical-mechanical analogies,a new vehicle suspension employing inerter was presented,which can buffer and attenuate the shock and vibration generated by road roughness in the range of full frequency domain.It broke through the structural limitation that conventional suspension just can buffer and attenuate high-frequency shock and vibration.After a quarter-car model was established,performance benefits in the suspension employing inerter were analyzed in comparison with a conventional suspension by application of mechanical impedance in the frequency domain.The simulation results show that passenger comfort is improved remarkably on the suspension employing inerter without dynamic tire load and suspension working space rising.
