实体单元在变薄拉深成形模拟及工艺参数优化中的应用
Application of Solid Element in Ironing Simulation and Optimization of Processing Parameters
【摘要】 采用黏性阻尼沙漏控制算法,开发了单点积分的八节点六面体单元的有限元动力显式算法程序,用于模拟厚钣金件的变薄拉深成形过程。详细讨论了变薄系数R、模具与坯料间的摩擦因数μ,以及凹模锥角α对最大成形力的影响。模拟结果表明:通过对工艺参数R、α和μ的优化,选取适当的工艺参数值,可以获得较小的最大成形力,从而有效地减少模具磨损,延长模具寿命。
【Abstract】 Based on viscosity damping hourglass control method,a one-point integrational hexahedral finite element dynamic explicit algorithm was developed and ironing process simulation was also carried out.The thinning coefficient R,friction coefficient μ between molds and blank,cone angle of female die α,which affected the maximum forming force,were discussed in details.Simulation results show that the improvement and choice of the process parameters R,α and μ can obtain smaller maximum load force,thus effectively decrease molds wear and lengthen molds life.
