液压弯辊电液伺服系统建模及仿真
Modeling and Simulation of Electrichydraulic Servovalve Control System for Hydraulic Bending Roll System
【摘要】 通过对某轧机液压弯辊系统深入的研究和分析,并参考典型液压元件的作用机理,建立了轧机液压弯辊系统的数学模型。利用MATLAB语言对所建立的液压弯辊数学模型进行了计算机仿真,结果表明,仿真结果和实际所测得的响应曲线非常近似。
【Abstract】 The hydraulic bending roll system of a hot rolling mill was researched and analyzed,and its mathematical models were founded in whole based on the action principle of some representative hydraulic components.At last,the hydraulic bending roll system was simulated with MATLAB by computer.It is obvious that the simulation curves are similar very much to the real response curves.
