面向过程协同的快速动员制造排程技术
Production Scheduling Techniques for Process Cooperation Oriented Mobilized Collaborative Manufacturing
【摘要】 研究了快速动员制造排程与动员制造链预案构建方法,结合遗传算法及合同网协议实现了动员制造排程及转包任务在成员企业中的分配,实现了制造链层次上制造资源的优化配置。算法通过具体生产实例进行验证。
【Abstract】 This paper combined genetic algorithm and contract net protocol and presented a production scheduling and reservation algorithm to produce an optimum schedule and to allocate the outsourcing tasks to appropriate partners,reaching optimized resource allocation in manufacturing supply chain level.The algorithm was testified and proved with a real production case study.
