基于间隙特性的数控展成电解加工效率
Efficiency of NC-electrochemical Contour Evolution Machining Based on Electrode Gap Characteristics
【摘要】 为了提高数控展成电解加工的加工效率,以平面加工为例,研究了不同数控展成电解加工方式的间隙变化规律、电解速度分布和单位时间去除材料体积及其影响因素,并提出了通过离散化方法简化处理非平面问题,从而有助于在工艺设计阶段分析预测加工效率,选择最优的加工方式以提高数控展成电解加工的效率。
【Abstract】 In order to raise productivity of NC-electrochemical contour evolution machining,the shaping rule of electrode gap,distribution of removal rate in inter-electrode gap and removal volume in unit time in different modes of NC-electrochemical contour evolution machining were studied.The results of the study indicate that the productivity of NC-ECM can be raised by choosing machining mode according to productivity analysis of different machining modes when designing the process.
