【摘要】 从热力学的角度研究LT55陶瓷刀具扩散磨损和氧化磨损的规律,先利用热力学理论计算Al2O3和TiC陶瓷相在不同温度下融入铁中的溶解度,再用吉布斯自由能判据分析高温下扩散反应发生的规律。用吉布斯自由能函数法,计算出LT55陶瓷刀具加工钢铁类材料时不同温度下5个可能的氧化反应的标准吉布斯自由能,并对反应发生的可能性进行排序,分析各个反应的特点,理论计算表明,生成TiO2、Ti2O3和Ti3O5的反应可能性非常大,生成FeO.Al2O3的可能性非常小。理论计算与试验结果有较好的一致性,研究结果对刀具材料的研究和设计提供有价值的参考。

【Abstract】 The rules of diffusion and oxidation wear for LT55 ceramic tool were studied based on thermodynamics.Dissolution concentrations in iron of Al2O3 and TiC phases of ceramic at different temperature were then calculated.Diffusion reaction rules in high temperature were also analyzed by using Gibbs free energy criterion.Standard Gibbs free energy of five possible reactions when LT55 ceramic tools for machining 45 steel at different temperature were calculated using substance Gibbs free energy function methods,the reaction possibility order was obtained.Characteristics for every reaction were analyzed.Theoretical calculation shows that the reactions producing TiO2,Ti2O3 and Ti3O5 have large possibilities,while the reaction producing FeO·Al2O3 has few possibility.The theoretical results are uniform with the experimental ones and will provide useful references for tool material design and selection.
