血管活性肠肽Ⅰ型受体基因多态位点与鸡冠高度和体重的相关性

【摘要】 以鸡VIPR-1基因作为鸡冠高度和体重的候选基因,选取了12个多态位点对586只宁都三黄鸡进行基因型检测并分析了其与这两个性状的相关性。研究表明:位于内含子2的位点C+598T与84日龄体重显著相关(P<0.05);位于内含子8的位点C+53327T与77日龄体重和91日龄体重呈极显著相关(P<0.01);等位基因C有利于增加体重;但这12个位点与不同日龄的鸡冠高度不相关。位点C+598T与C+53327T组成的单倍型块与91日龄体重显著相关(P<0.05)。

【Abstract】 In this study,VIPR-1 gene was used as a candidate gene to analyze the association of 12 polymorphisms with body weight and comb height in 586 Ningdu Sanhuang chickens under cage condition. Markers-trait association analyses showed that,C+598T in intron 2 was significantly associated with 84 d body weight (P<0.05). Great significant association (P<0.01)was found between C+53327T in intron 8 and 77 d body weight and 91 d body weight,and allele C was positive for body weight. But no significant association was found between 12 polymorphisms and comb height. Haplotype block composed of C+598T and C+53327T was significantly associated with 91 d body weight(P<0.05).
