【摘要】 目的了解山东省大众人群艾滋病基本知识知晓情况,为《中国遏制与防治艾滋病行动计划(2006—2010年)》中期评估提供数据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取山东省8个城市16个县(市、区)4类人群共8916人,对其进行艾滋病基本知识问卷调查。结果共调查8916人,其中城市居民2046人,农村居民2045人,学生2409人,农民工2416人。学生艾滋病基本知识总知晓率最高,为85.1%,其次为城市居民、农民工,分别为79.6%和74.0%,农村居民最低,为65.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。4类调查对象对艾滋病传播途径知晓率较高,而对部分非传播途径知晓率较低,对血液传播和共用注射器传播的知晓率均在90%以上,对母婴传播途径的知晓率达到80%以上,但尚有49.5%的调查对象不知晓"蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病"。结论山东省4类人群艾滋病基本知识知晓率均达到国家行动计划的要求,但针对艾滋病非传播途径知晓不足等问题需进一步加强宣传教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the awareness of the basic knowledge about AIDS among the commonalty in Shandong Province,and to provide the data for the metaphase evaluation of the national project. Methods 4 kinds of population,total 8916 persons,were selected from 16 counties/districts of 8 cities in Shandong Province by stratified random sampling. Questionnaire survey about AIDS knowledge was conducted among the subjects. Results 8916 persons were surveyed,including 2046 urban residents,2045 country residents,2409 students and 2416 migrant rural workers. Students had the highest awareness rate,which was 85.1%,followed by urban residents 79.6%,migrant rural workers 74.0% and country residents 65.7%(P<0.01). The awareness rate of AIDS transmission knowledge was high among the respondents,while the non-transmission knowledge was low. The awareness rates of "blood and sharing syringe are AIDS transmission route were over 90% in all 4 kinds of population,and the awareness rates of "mother-to-infant transmission route" were over 80%,while still 49.5% of the respondents didn’t know"the bites by mosquito cannot transmit AIDS". Conclusion The awareness rate of the commonalty were generally reached the national project claim. Health education should be strengthen for the awareness to the commonalty.更多还原
