【摘要】 目的了解贵州省三个县乡(镇)教育工作者对开展学校预防艾滋病健康教育工作的需求及培训后效果评价,为有效开展此项工作提供依据。方法采用自填问卷方式,对参加培训的255名学员进行需求及培训前后的知识、态度调查。结果培训前,学员普遍认为有必要开展且愿意参与这项工作,而最大的困难是缺乏合适的教学资料(74.1%)。培训后,知识水平19个条目、关爱态度、对"参与式教学"、"学校生活技能教育"的了解程度均提高,其中多数条目差异有统计学意义。结论教育行政领导应重视加快适宜教材的开发、加强培训及给予师资配备,推动基层学校预防艾滋病健康教育工作开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the effectiveness of the school-based HIV/AIDS prevention health education training and to assess the needs among educators in three counties in Guizhou in order to effectively provide basis for future work.MethodsA self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 255 educators to collect the information on knowledge and attitude.ResultsBefore training,the participants generally agreed that there was a need for AIDS health education and were willing to do so,and the biggest difficulty was the lack of suitable teaching materials(74.1%).After training,the awareness of knowledge level of 19 entries,caring attitude,the knowledge about "participation training"and"School life skills education"increased,and the majority of entries had statistical significance.ConclusionEducation administration leaders should pay attention to developing appropriate teaching materials,enhancing the training,ensuring appropriate teaching staff,and promoting grass-root schools’ health education on AIDS prevention.更多还原
