【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道绿激光气化治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁的疗效。方法2004年12月至2007年1月采用平均功率80 W,波长为512 nm的绿激光经尿道气化治疗尿道狭窄10例,尿道闭锁2例,术中自膀胱造瘘口插入金属尿道探子引导,自尿道插入直径为600μm的光纤气化尿道狭窄或闭锁段,前尿道重点气化5~7点处,后尿道重点气化11~1点处,最后气化修平尿道创面,术毕留置导尿管3~4周,术后随访(30±10)个月。结果治愈10例(83.3%),有效2例(16.7%),无严重并发症,无术后复发。结论经尿道绿激光气化术治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁具有安全、易操作、损伤小、疗效肯定的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate vaporization using transurethral greenlight laser for urethrostenosis or urethratresia.Methods From Dec 2004 to Jan 2007,12 patients suffering from urethrostenosis or urethratresia were treated by greenlight laser at average power 80 W and the wavelength of 512 nm.At the guidance of metal urethral probe inserting from cystostomy,the urethrostenosis or urethratresia was vaporized by fiber at the diameter of 600 μm inserting from urethra.The emphases of vaporization at anterior urethras were the dots of 5-7,but at posterior urethra were the dots of 11-1.The wound surface of urethra was smoothed by vaporization at last.These cases were catheterized for 3-4weeks and were followed up for(30±10) months.Results Ten patients(83.3%) were cured,and 2 patient’s symptoms(16.7%) were improved.Neither serious complication nor recurrence was happened.Conclusions For urethrostenosis or urethratresia,vaporization using transurethral greenlight laser is believed to have many advantages such as safety,facility,little damage,and definitive effect.更多还原
