【Abstract】 Software as a service,also known as on-demand or cloud computing in network computing environment is an inevitable trend of software. "Requirement engineering——basic research on software engineering for complex systems" is a project of the National Basic Research Program. The project focuses on the fundamental scientific issues:the meta-description to requirement of networked software serving the masses. It intends to provide fundamental theories key technologies.
