【摘要】 目的观察抚触、视听刺激等早期干预措施对低出生体重儿生长发育的影响。方法将120例符合研究条件的新生低出生体重儿随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗及喂养,干预组在常规治疗及喂养的基础上进行抚触、视听刺激等干预,每日记录婴儿身高、体重、头围、胸围等,录入SPSS软件进行分析。结果干预后干预组终末体重(2.18±0.31)kg,比对照组(2.02±0.28)kg,高出0.16kg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预组平均每日增长的体重(0.015±0.15)kg,比对照组(0.0046±0.16)kg,高出0.01kg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论干预组体重增长优于对照组,早期进行抚触等干预可加快低出生体重儿体重增长速度,促进其生长发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of early interventions including touch,visual and aural stimulation on the growth of low birth weight infants.Methods One hundred and twenty cases were divided randomly into test group and control group.The control group received only normal treatment and feeding,and the test group were treated with intervention procedures.The weight,length and head circumference were recorded daily.The data were analyzed with SPSS.Results The average weight of test group was 0.16kg higher than that of the control group.The daily increase weight was 0.01kg and more than that of the control group.Both increases showed statistical significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Early intervention can improve the growth of the low birth weight infants.更多还原
