【摘要】 目的了解甘肃省基层计划生育技术人员对避孕节育相关知识的知晓情况。方法采用封闭式问卷对145名基层计划生育技术服务提供者的避孕节育知识掌握情况进行调查。结果基层计划生育技术人员避孕节育专业知识的正确掌握率最低达44.19%。对宫内节育器(T铜220C、T铜380A、宫铜300、母体乐铜375)、皮下埋植的相关知识调查显示,使用年限的正确掌握率分别为19.31%,28.28%,14.48%,55.17%,79.31%;主要副反应的正确掌握率分别为59.31%,55.86%,39.31%,48.28%,42.07%;避孕原理的正确掌握率分别为11.03%,12.41%,10.34%,11.72%,63.45%;消毒有效年限的正确掌握率分别为53.79%,45.52%,14.48%,43.45%,12.41%。结论基层计划生育技术服务人员的文化程度偏低,信息不流通,对男用安全套知识及其他避孕节育相关知识的掌握情况差。因此,在开展技术服务方面能力不足,应引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the status of knowledge of contraceptive in technicians who engaged in family planning in grass roots.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 145 technicians.Results The lowest awareness rate of contraceptive knowledge was 44.19%.The grip rate of endurance expectation was 19.31% for TCu220C,28.28% for TCu380A,14.48% for CT300,55.17% for MLCu,79.13% for Norplant,respectively.The grip rate of side effect was 59.31% for TCu220C,55.86% for TCu380A,39.31% for CT300,48.28% for MLCu,42.07% for Norplant,respectively.The awareness of principle of contraceptive was 11.03% for TCu220C,12.41% for TCu380A,10.34% for GT300,11.72% for MLCu,63.45% for Norplant.The grip rate of disinfection expiring date was 53.79% for TCu220C,45.52% for TCu380A,14.40% for GT300,43.45% for MLCu,12.41% for Norplant.Conclusion The knowledge level of the technicians who engaged in family planning in grass roots is low.It is difficult for the technicians to obtain knowledge of contraceptive.The knowledge of condom use and other contraceptive method is not well learned by the technicians.更多还原
