【摘要】 目的探讨儿童行为问题与父母婚姻质量、个性、应对方式的关系。方法采取整群随机抽样调查方法,对广州市区小学1200名6～12岁学生及家长进行Achenbach儿童行为量表、Olson婚姻质量问卷、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、简易应对方式问卷调查。结果儿童行为问题检出率为16.4%。儿童行为问题组父母婚姻质量各因子分(婚姻满意度、性格相容性、夫妻交流、解决冲突的方式、总分)均低于儿童行为正常组,而消极应对方式因子、神经质因子分高于儿童行为正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。逐步回归分析显示,父母性格相容性、对子女和婚姻态度、个性神经质、精神质、掩饰因子依次进入儿童行为问题的回归方程。结论儿童行为问题与父母婚姻质量低、消极的应对方式、神经质个性有关。治疗儿童行为问题应对整个家庭成员进行干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore relationships between children’s behavior problems and parental marriage quality.Methods The survey was carried out among 1 200 persons(including pupils aged 6～12 and their parents) by Achenbach children with behavior problem scale,Olson marriage quality questionnaire,EPQ and simple coping style scale.Results The rate of children behavior problems was 16.4%.Every factor score of Olson marriage quality questionnaire for the group with behavior problems was lower than that of without behavior problems(P<0.01).The regression analysis showed that factors related to children’s behavior problems were parental personality magnanimous,attitude towards offspring and marriage,personality with neurosis and psychosis,etc.Conclusion Children’s behavior problems are related to their parental low marriage quality,negative coping styles and personality with neurosis.Intervention should be made to the whole family.更多还原
