【摘要】 <正>股骨颈骨折是临床上常见的损伤,采用尽早使骨折复位并钛制空心加压螺钉内固定目前在国际上已成为治疗股骨颈骨折的首选方法,由于内固定治疗仍有较高的不愈合率和坏死率,各种治疗方法仍在不断改进中,骨折后复位好坏直接关更多还原
