【摘要】 改革开放30年来,我国的民主法治建设与经济建设互为前提,相互推进,共同发展,建设社会主义市场经济体制和建设社会主义法治国家构成了改革开放大潮中交相辉映的两道主线。在30年社会主义法治的探索和发展过程中,我们在理论和实践上逐步解决了中国要不要搞法治、要搞什么样的法治、如何搞法治这三个重大课题,明确了中国法治的发展方向、目标和道路,社会主义法治对我国经济政治社会的发展发挥了重大推动和保障作用。站在新的历史起点上,我们要更加高扬中国特色社会主义法治的旗帜,将法治放在更加重要、更加突出的全局性、基础性和战略性地位,奋力把依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家推进到新水平和新阶段。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the past 30 years since the introduction of the reform and opening-up policy, China’s development of the democracy and rule of law and economic construction preconditioned mutually, pushed each other and developed together to build the socialist market economy and a socialist country under the rule of law, and thereby formed two mutually reflecting and shining central themes in the dynamics of reform and opening up. In the course of the 30 years’ exploring and developing the socialism rule of law, we gradually solved the three major theoretical and practical questions such as whether China need practice the rule of law, what kind of rule of law we must build and how to build it, and made clear the orientation, goal and path of China’s rule of law. Therefore, China’s rule of law has been constantly played the great pushing and guaranteeing impacts on the development of China’s economy, politics and society. Standing on the new historical starting point, we should try to hold higher the great banner of socialism rule of law with Chinese characteristics, put the rule of law on more important and prominent position of overall, fundamental and strategic significance to promote, and work hard to achieve new level and status in practicing ruling the country in accordance with the law and building a socialist country of law.更多还原
