【摘要】 目的建立猕猴早早期妊娠实验动物模型的方法。方法是选择健康有生殖能力的实验用雌雄猕猴,采用单笼适时配种,观察阴道拴,利用直肠指检、超声波等技术进行早早期妊娠诊断,从而建立妊娠20d以内的猕猴早早期妊娠实验动物模型。结果通过此法最早可建立妊娠11d,及妊娠15d、20d的实验动物模型;妊娠11d、15d、20d的确诊率分别为100%、90%、100%。结论本实验方法是建立猕猴早早期妊娠实验动物模型的一个理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To set up a method of animal model of early pregnancy monkey.Methods We chose the health and productive ability of male and female monkeys,by timing and single-case reproduction,and observed vaginal suppository of monkeys,and diagnostic of early pregnancy monkey for checked rectal by fingers and inspected uterine by B-type ultrasonic.Results The accuracy rate of diagnostic of 11 d,15 d,20 d of pregnancy monkey were 100%,90% and 100%.Conclusion The experiment method is one of the ideal methods of establishment animal model of early pregnancy monkey.更多还原
