超超临界机组P92钢薄壁主蒸汽管道运行寿命研究
Study on operation life of P92 steel thin-walled main steam pipeline in ultra-supercritical unit
【摘要】 在华能玉环电厂2台超超临界1000MW机组,构建了高温高压管道状态监测寿命安全管理系统。利用所获得的部件实际全作用载荷谱,针对常规持久强度和下限持久强度2种材料蠕变损伤规律,考虑薄壁和正常(厚壁)2种壁厚,分析研究了几种组合条件下,P92钢主蒸汽管道的运行安全性和预期使用寿命。研究表明,在目前实际"薄壁"P92钢管道和样本运行载荷谱载荷作用条件下,主蒸汽管道有约12万h的运行寿命。全作用载荷谱的获得,为确定电厂高温高压部件实际运行载荷,提供了有效途径。
【Abstract】 The condition monitoring life safety management system(CMLMS)of high temperature and high pressure compents in 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units of Huaneng Yuhuan power plant unit 1 and unit 2 was built. Based on entire action load spectrum from CMLMS, considering thin-wall thickness and normal thickness,and the law of normal rupture strength and lower limit rupture strength, P92 steel main steam pipeline operation life and expected life were analyzed under several conditions. The result shows that P92 steel thin-walled main steam pipeline has about 120 kh of operation life under load spectrum condition. The entire action load spectrum provides an effective means for determining the practical operation load of high temperature and high pressure compents.
